Thanks for all the help!!!

We tried it a few nights ago and it worked.  As was said the picture is a
little fuzzy and words are hard to read but if you move back so that lots
of people can see what you are doing you can't tell much difference.

The is the first time we've seen most of our stuff in COLOR.

        Hmm. Maybe your degauzing circuit in the monitor is acting haywire or
something. After 10 minutes of being off, the monitor is supposed to
automatically degauze itself, should only take about 30 secs or so to do.
Who knows. Not much of a fix, unless you can find a TV repair guy who knows a
lot about computer monitors.. Of course Apple's policy would be to replace
major compenents at the very least, or the whole monitor..
