This will uncompress the 16 bit compression, and must be used by a shell such as APW (or ECP if you patch it..) works kind of slow, but thenagain it is in C. The 16 bit compression gets a little smaller than shrinkit does, but of course shrinkit is about 6-10 times faster than this one. I'll send source/binaries to anyone who mails me by shrinkit/binscii method.. If I get enough requests, and/or requests and instructions to post to the archives, I'll give it to them as well..
