I own the AE Sonic Blaster and have been fooling around digitizing various noises. What I am interested in doing is creating my own instruments form programs like Instant Music. The instruments are saved in an AIFF format except there seems to be some sort of header before the actual digitized sample of the instrument. If anyone out there has any information as to what is contained in the header, be it the instrument envelope and other data, please mail it to me or post it here. Any help would be appreciated. It's available somewhere here on the net through some format I'm beginning to believe I never will understand. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Matt Deatherage, Apple Computer, Inc. | "The opinions expressed in this tome Send PERSONAL mail ONLY (please) to: | should not be construed to imply that AppleLink PE: Matt DTS GEnie: AIIDTS | Apple Computer, Inc., or any of its CompuServe: 76703,3030 | subsidiaries, in whole or in part, Usenet: mattd@apple.com | have any opinion on any subject."
