If you bought ProSel-8 directly from Glen Bredon, he has your name in his files, but if you bought from someone else, you must include a bill of sale to prove you bought the software with your $20.00., However: >From the docs-- "I am often away during the summer months (June 1 - Sept 1) and processing of orders may experience considerable delay at that time."
