I was not able to find, quickly passing through the Apple2-L filelist at
Brownvm. So where can i get it from ?

The reason that ECP-8 isn't on APPLE2-L (or the 'ftp' sites) is that even
after passing through ShrinkIT the BINSCII version of the source files is
simply way too many 'K' for effective network distribution.  You can download
the squeezed binary from Don Elton's pro-carolina board (the phone number
appears in Don's .sig or you can ask delton%pro-carolina.cts.com@nosc.mil).

It might be feasible to post the assembled (executable) version of ECP8.
Anybody have Don's latest version all assembled?
