I just noticed today, that some of the video equipment has 6502 and 6522 clones in them. I havent seen a switcher that has any "nice" processors like this in them, but why dont they use 65816's? In the near future we can all use the Apple video boards, and also port programs, and control an entire video system with our Apple GS. Has anyone seen any switchers that have some cpu's that are "available" through its serial port(s)? Most of the really nice switchers work like an old hardwired computer!(junk) Now..if apples card would just allow >3 sources, S-VHS (c-y), fx, while acting as a time base corrector, allow for time code(s), and allow one to set source or destination entry and exit points, they could take over the video industry! Anyway...I just wanted to say i saw 6502 (clones that were to act like 6502) in video equipment today! srh make .sig
