Is Senator Hatch the person trying to classify a virus as a CLASS 4 FELONY? What I read was not very clear, nor was the senator from Illinois which was trying to introduce this. "Hey, all i did was give you my disk that came with from a software publisher...and I am getting LIFE?" From what I read, the senator got a virus on a floppy, (lucky for him it did not hit his hard drive, otherwise it might be the electric chair, not class 4) and decided he would clean the world of such criminal actions. Too bad he (nor I) dont know what he was talking about, or dealing with. Does anyone know for sure who is trying to set up the class 4 felony? Scott hutinger mser001@ecncdc.bitnet
