To date, I've sold copies of TIC to France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Bolivia,
Australia, Spain, The United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, and elsewhere. None of
these people had much trouble sending a simple letter along with either cash
or a check drawn on a US bank for the $30 or $40 (depending on when the
program was purchased). Some of these letters were as much as a month in
transit (as in from the Outback in Australia) but all were in good shape upon
arrival. Any excuse that you can't get software overseas is pretty lame but
probably as good as any of the other lame excuses for stealing software that
I've seen posted here lately. Note that I made these TIC sales with zero
spending on advertising so I imagine it would be even easier to get info on
how to buy other more commercial packages than TIC. It's been said that
nobody ever sells more than 1 of anything to France. Well, I sold two there
so maybe there's truth to this. I've been considering charging double for
sales made to schools and foreign countries to offset the rampant piracy in
those two areas but don't want to be unfair to the folks who are actually
honest even though I don't get the same consideration from those who rob me.
