[comp.sys.apple] Apple 5.25' twubbles...

My Apple 5.25" disk drive has started to do something peculiar. Whenever
it's not in use, the light stays on dimly. Tilting the drive so that the drive
door is straight down makes the light go out, but turning the drive level again
turns the light back on. I got it in January of this year, and has always worbeautifully, as it still does, except for one quirk.
Anyone have any ideas? The drive speed is fine, same as the factory
setting 4 months ago, and it still works great. But why the light? I've also
noticed that unplugging it from my Apple 3.5" in the chain, and plugging it back
in, makes to light stay out for a few minutes before it starts to glow again.
The drive light blinks when I'm in the Finder; I assumed that was normal --
polling for disks or something interrupt driven like that. But this is
constant.
     Any info would be appreciated.
						     Ken.
