I just wanted to post and thank Andy Nicholas for getting us less fortunate
older type Apple folks a way to shrink and unshrink our stuff! Just got the
latest shrinkits off of the binaries group, and they work great on my
Franklin Ace 1000!! Thanks Andy!
Also, to those who sent me replies when I mentioned I was trying to get a
ST506 drive to work with the Apple SCSI via the Adaptec 4000, I just got the
thing working last weekend. I ended up having to format it on a friend's
Macintosh II with the SF&I utility. Once formatted there, I could format
it with anything (filer, copy II+, DDD, etc..). I will try and get back to
all those who sent me mail and let you know the specifics of my ventures.
