[comp.sys.apple] TML Pascal & System Disk 5.0

TMPLee@DOCKMASTER.NCSC.MIL (05/27/89)

To whoever posted the item about TML Pascal supporting all the new
stuff: are they notifying past registered customers about update
procedures? are there any? any cost for an update? (I know we're
registered becasue we did get one update shortly after we purchased a
fairly early version.)

Yes, TML is sending out notifications (just received mine) to registered
customers. With the notification is an order form that you send in with
the peel-off mailing label (containing your customer #) attached. The
upgrade is $49.95 for TML Pascal II (software + user manual), $29.95 for
the Source Code Library II, and as a special, $299 for AE's TransWarp GS.
TML will start shipping on 1 July 1989. The upgrade for TML BASIC is
said to be next....

I got a notice in the mail on Friday. The upgrade cost is $49.95.
If you do not get a notice in a week or so, why not give TML Systems
a call at (904) 636-8592.

I just got my notice from TML, too. I didn't see any mention of separate
updates for the APW and stand-alone versions of the compiler. Anyone know
whether they have merged them together, or dropped one?

They are promising much better support for IIGS products. Beginning the
middle of June, they will have one staff person dedicated to answering
IIGS-related questions.

I just called TML today to ask if the notice was referring to the
integrated (stand-alone) version. They said yes. I did not ask if
they had updated the APW version.

TO TMPLee@DOCKMASTER...

There is an upgrade offer from TML, I don't know how much it is, but you
should get a flyer on it. I can't remember the price because I don't own
the program a friend of mine does. I don't think it was a lot though.
