[follow-ups by e-mail or comp.sys.apple only, please!!] Hello fellow netters: I had a little fun at a local hamfest (Ham Radio Operator Swap meet) this weekend. I bought an Apple /// with monitor ///, second disk drive, and silentype printer, and Softcard ///. My problem is that the system came without a scrap of documentation or software. My first duty was to make sure that the machine itself works. That I've done, the best I can. My next step is to try and get some software to run on this thing. I'm now looking for sources of SOS and CP/M software for my new toy, and the documentation to use it. I know about 'Sun Remarketing' and 'On Three'. What I'm looking for from the net is other sources of Apple /// software and documenation. Any one know a good source, or have such software collecting dust and wish to get rid of it. I'm also looking for a Silentype control card (all I got was the printer itself). This is not my first Apple product. I have a black cased Apple ][plus (made by Apple for Bell & Howell, and an Apple //c. I simply bought this computer as another toy. I'm waiting to hear from you all. And remember, reply to comp.sys.apple only. -- Matthew Lee Stier | Sun Microsystems --- RTP, NC 27709-3447 | "Wisconsin Escapee" uucp: { sun, mcnc!rti }!sunpix!matthew | phone: (919) 469-8300 fax: (919) 460-8355 |

Network Comment: to #6914 by obsolete!rti!sunpix!matthew%mcnc.org One additioal source you might try is the Washington Apple Pi user group. They have a large variety of Apple III software and they do sell to non-members (for a fee, of course). Their phone number is 301-654-8060. they've recently moved into new offices and I don't have their new address handy, but their old address was: 8227 Woodmont ave. Suite 201, Bethesda, MD 20814. Any mail to this address will be forwarded to their new address. Their Journal each month has articles on Apple III subjects. proline: pro-novapple!daveharv uucp: crash!pro-novapple!daveharv arpa: crash!pro-novapple!daveharv@nosc.mil Internet: daveharv@pro-novapple.cts.com DIALCOM: 164:NVC100 Northern Virginia Apple Users Group >pro-novapple< 703-671-0416/300-2400 baud
