About the Hard Drive question: take a look at the 65 Meg hard drive that Tulin corporation is offering. It's in the range of about $750 complete with cables and scsi card. I believe they also offer the complete assembly for a minimal fee. I put mine together (the st277n 65 meg drive) and i haven't had a problem with it at all. As a matter of fact even the staff at tulin was great and very helpful in my selection of the drive. you can get their number in most apple mags or in computer shopper.
