Thanks to those who made suggestions in reply to my question about getting errors during the linkage while using Orca/Pascal. The problem turned out to be a subtle one, so I thought it might be worthwhile to publish the cause and the solution. Glancing through the documentation, I noticed the strange comment that the PASLIB file should be above the SYSLIB file in the LIBRARIES directory. This inspired me to move them both to other directories and back, putting the PASLIB file back first. Lo and behold, everything now links perfectly. Alan H.
