[comp.sys.apple] Could someone post ACER?

Could someone post the public domain or shareware program called ACER
to comp.apple.binaries?  This program is supposed to take Apple //GS
sound files and compress them into a format called ACE.  Can anyone
give me more info about where the ACE format came from and who
supports it?
