There is a program called Chameleon that will do your job for you.
I allows you to transfer text files between CP/M <> ProDos <> Dos 3.3

IF you can't find it in your area, send me mail and I'll give you my home
address for you to send me a disk and disk mailer.  I'll return the disk and
mailer with the program on your disk.

There's a program called the Chameleon in the APPLE2-L archive of
LISTSERV@BROWNVM which will copy files from Apple 2 CP/M to ProDOS.
