[comp.sys.apple] uSPEED II board

Hi,
    I just recently receive a uSPEED ][ board (a 9511 math processor) for the
Apple II family.  The board appear to be missing a chip above the 9511/8231
processor  (a 14 pins chips).  I would be appreciate if someone can tell me
if my board need that ic or not.  I also need the forth disk for this unit, 
as mine is having trouble booting it.

Ps... is Applied Analytics Inc still in business?  I need an Applesoft and
      Pascal booster disks for this board
