   Does anyone know if it's also illegal to "mail" Joe Bob's column
   to other netters?  If it's not, I've been toying with the idea of
   setting up a distribution list and sending the reviews off in vmail.

   Obviously, there's going to have to be a limit, I can't spend my
   whole day doing this.
