I wouldn't think so since most software companies have quite
liberal upgrade policies in such circumstances. You could call Byte
Works. The are in Alb...que, New Mexico. The woman that answers the
phome is very knowledgeable about the products and company policy.

I am looking forward to buying Orca/C.

Is there any reason I should hold out until
System Disk 5.0 comes out? Would a revision of
Orca/C be in order to take advantage of some of
the capabilities of GS/OS 5.0 (like resource forks,
new tools, etc.)?
