[comp.sys.apple] launching Applesoft programs from GS Finder

The standard icon for Applesoft programs (filetype $FC) already has
"*/BASIC.LAUNCHER" for the application pathname, but if you've made a special
icon for some or all of your Applesoft files, you'll need to give them
that application pathname, too.
