Perhaps if you asked nicely, and someone at Apple could get into contact with
Woz, he might release the schematics. (I know, Woz doesn't work there any more
but surely someone must still have contact with the Lord of The Apples, don't
you think?) :)

Just for the heck of it last night, I took a look at a picture of the Apple I and made a diagram of the chip locations and values, capacitors, etc. If there is sufficient interest, I could send a copy of my diagram on the network.
