I need to get an Apple //e keyboard.... Anyone know where I can snag one used or at a pretty low price? The best I could find was in the Shopper for $75 at Recycled Computers or something like that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Later - Dan Vachon - !att!drutx!dvac

To Daniel Vachon - you can get an Apple IIe keyboard from Jameco Electronics for $45. I did. It works.

When I needed a new keyboard for the //e, from which our Pro-Xy functions...
I ordered a cheap replacement from Jameco Electronics (415/592-8097) in
Belmont, CA. The keyboard is part number AKB2E for $44.95 plus shipping.
The first replacement developed a "stuck" key, but was promptly replaced
under their 90 day warranty (as good as Apple's warranty). The newer one
seems to work fine.
