Yes, the approved method of affecting change in a dealership is to take your money elsewhere. However, limiting your activism to that sends an incomplete message to all those involved. The only thing they see is that sales are down. If you truly want the dealers AND Apple to make changes in II series support, you have to TELL them why your dollars are going elsewhere. If your dealer doesn't provide good enough support, write the dealer a letter and send a copy to Apple. Otherwise, they'll think they need to advertise more, or give away balloons, or sell more MS Dos machines or...JOHN
