[comp.sys.apple] news

Ok, folks. Enough people have expressed interest in my CHAOS program, so I've
uploaded them (two versions) to comp.apple2.binaries. Have fun with them-- as
the post explains, you can do -anything- you want with the programs, as long
as you don't erase the credit line. I suggest, if you're interested in chaos,
strange attractors, and the neat stuff that puts disorder (which is so obvious
in this network already!) into life, you should watch "CHAOS", a Nova show
that runs frequently-- or read "Chaos" by J. Glick, which is like "Hackers",
but not as funny. If you've got postable info on chaos, attractors, fractals,
mandelbrot, post it! I'd love to see this stuff-- especially anything I can
run on my "dinky" Apple //e. If you've got the tools to do it-- convert it to
bigger and better machines, and post the sources!

By the way-- in the step-by-step of how the chaos game works, step
four should be "Go to 3", not "Go to 2". Good luck!
