| A company in California (San Francisco, I think) makes a package called
| 'Kyan Pascal'. I have the literature at home, but, as I recall, is sells
| for approximatly $70.00. I'll post more next week, if there are any changes
| from this.

Kyan Software in SF created 'Kyan Pascal,' but last I heard Kyan was
defunct.

Too bad, too. If you have a chance to buy Kyan Pascal, do so. It is
impressive. All the goodies are there, and the assembler linkage puts
Turbo to shame - it allows direct input to the assembler rather than
funny-looking "inline" code.

It also produces very fast code. In general, highly recommended.

Not defunct by a long shot, their phone still answers with a recording
instructing you of an address to write to. I wrote and recieved a catalog of
their products for the Apple //e, includeing a Pascal compiler, a Unix like
development shell, a code optomizer(sp), and several library units.

I don't have the address or phone number with me now, but I got the number
from directory assistance, area code 415 (San Francisco)
