If the tech person does not let other people in the dealership know about this information, then too bad for everyone else. On this subject: I just read the Sep-1989 InCider, and it contains an article that spells out most of these Apple II product line revisions. Maybe Apple should make arrangements to send out such a list to their NON-techie dealers, so it would be obvious where to look to answer such questions.
