Now that System 5.0 has been announced for three months and is finally shipping, Activision has finally announced some product upgrades to make their software compatible with System 4.0 that was announced and shipped in September 1988. The affected products are: List Plus GS Paintworks Gold GS and Music Studio 2.0 GS Hopefully the changes to let these programs run properly under the first release of GS/OS will also continue to allow them to run under the newer ones. Also, the notice I was sent contained the first public acknowledement that the other GS productivity tools WILL NOT BE UPDATED. I have known this for some time and returned Writers Choice Elite, PaintWorks Plus and Draw Plus for a refund some time ago. Call Activision (Mediagenic) for details on these upgrades. Seymour
