Has anyone experienced a problem with the underline bar on the LQ? I've got a
client with one that will only underline while in draft mode. The other two
modes will not underline anything. I've tried the selftest (powerup with one
of the buttons pressed, don't remember which one) and it seemed fine, with
different colors and underlined. But I can not get it to underline in either
of the two better qualities. I called both local dealers with no luck. One
even told me to check to make sure the LQ drivers were installed in the tools
folder of the system disk, whatever that meant. They just want to use it to
print letters on a //e (enhanced) with AW Classic. Any thoughts?
