The July Apple II Technical Notes and File Type Notes are FINALLY available
for FTP access on Apple.com (130.43.2.2). If you do not have FTP access,
they have been sent to Apple2-L and should be available very soon now. On
Apple.com, look in ~ftp/pub/dts/aii/. Technical Notes are in tn/ and File
Type Notes are in ftn/. Check ~ftp/pub/dts/help/dir-files-recent for the
list of these recently uploaded files.
They will be available on AppleLink by this weekend and other electronic
sources within a few weeks. Sorry for the incredible delay.
