Another question to the expert staff at Apple (yo MattD or DaveL or etc.) Does the new Apple ][gs have the capability to handle the Apple FDHD??? I remember reading when Apple developed the new controller chip that is used in the Macs with the FDHD, Apple stated that all new machines would contain the chip. If this is true, then there is good reason to develop an MS-DOS FST and of course an HFS FST. Not that I'm a big fan of the pc, but I do a lot of transfers at my job between the Apple //, the Mac, and the pc. And it would be nice to do all of it on the Apple ][gs.
