Apple Computer to Unveil New Products

On Wednesday, September 20 from 10:30 a.m. to  2 p.m. PDT, Apple
Computer, Inc. will host a nationwide product introduction event
for Apple customers, resellers, press, and analysts.  This event
is being broadcast from the Universal Amphitheatre in Universal
City, Calif., where more than 5,000 people are expected to attend.
Thousands more are expected to participate at simultaneous events
at other U.S. locations.

For those who have satellite reception, Apple TV is broadcasting
the event over both KU Band and C Band from 10:45 a.m. to
12:45 p.m. PDT, on the following frequencies:

KU Band
 - GE K-1
   - Transponder 2
   - Frequency of downlink: 11758.5 MHz
 - Audio:  6.8
   - Vertical polarization

C Band
   - Westar 4
   - Transponder 7 Direct
   - Frequency of downlink: 3840 MHz
   - Audio:  6.2, 6.8
   - Horizontal polarization

The Mac portable (no secret, it's even being reported in this week's
Time Magazine).

The Mac IIci (25 MHz, 8-bit color on the motherboard).

By the time this is delivered to everyone on this list, we should know
if there were any surprises.
