[comp.sys.apple] PC-Transporter

I just want to say thanks to all of those who (whom?) responded to
my question on AE's PC-Transporter.  The summary seems to be that the
device is good and does what it is claimed to do  but, it sounds to
me like it may be a little outmoded price-wise today since it would
require me to buy extra disk drives to run my PC software.  The price
of the card and of the drives approaches that of some of the
PC-compatibles on the market so I can see no real reason to go with
the Transporter when I can just go out and get a whole new computer for
just a little more.
