If I could have any Apple computer that I wanted, it would have to be an original Apple I. Preferably with a serial number less than 2.

Preferably with a serial number less than 2. Ever take a look at the schematics for the original Apple II? All SSI and MSI parts... one semester of digital design was all I needed to fully understand the schematics for the entire computer... If nothing else, the Apple II should live on as an example of how a little, very basic technology can be synthesized into a really neat computer. -- fadden@cory.berkeley.edu (Andy McFadden) ...!ucbvax!cory!fadden

If your going to dream in that vein, why not the Cray (it IS Apple's computer :-) You take Apple I serial number 1, I'll happily accept the $$$ that followed from having conceived it ;-) /s Murph <Sewall%UConnVM.BITNET@CUNYVM.CUNY.Edu> I bought the latest computer; it came fully loaded. It was guaranteed for 90 days, but in 30 was outmoded! - The Wall Street Journal passed along by Big Red Computer's SCARLETT
