CShrink (a version of ShrinkIt written totally in C) is almost ready for release. What I need are people to test it out on a variety of systems; I have tested it on Suns, Apollos, and VAXen, but only under BSD UNIX (and, of course, APW). I have no idea if it works under Ultrix, XENIX, AT&T SYSV, etc. If you're running on a non-BSD system and would be willing to test it out (or would just like to give me some feedback on it), please let me know via email (please don't post). Cal people can try "cshk" on cory (~fadden/bin), bard (~c164-dk/bin), or soda (~fadden/bin).
