[net.movies] Music in "Liquid Sky"

<for the line eater>

Reading the credits for the music in "Liquid Sky" I noticed that some
of it was attributed to Carl Orff. Does anybody know the name of the
composition used? Or, is there a soundtrack album available (then
I can look it up myself).

Thanks.

The soundtrack for "Liquid Sky" is available on Varese Sarabande
STV 81181. It is precious little music for an LP, though.

The Orff piece is an adaptation of his "Trionfo di Afrodite."

There IS a soundtrack album, I have one, but it's at home (and I'm at work)
If you have trouble looking it up, I can arrange to note it down and send
more detail.

BTW, The sound was done on a 'public access' Fairlight CMI in NYC. Is there
such a thing as a 'public access' Fairlight somewhere in L.A.? I'm convinced
that the Fairlight, along with Emu's Emulators are the synthesis wave of the
future, and have been dreaming about getting my hands on one for some time.
Anybody know any specifics of the features (and price) of an Emulator?
