[comp.sys.apple] DIAGNOSTIC PROGRAM FOR IIc

Anyone know of a good diagnostic program available for the IIc?  I'm having
problems occaisionally with either the logic board or the external drive. I
would really like to be able to check out the situation myself rather than
pay an unrealistic "check-it-out" fee at the local Apple dealer.  If such a
program exists for a reasonable price?? (public domain??)... I'd like to know a
bout it.
