[comp.sys.apple] GS Memory cards

shankar@SRC.Honeywell.COM (Subash Shankar) (10/16/89)

I essentially see three alternatives in the large memory (4-8 M) board
market for the GS: GS-RAM+, Applied Ingenuity's GS-Juice, and something
that Roger Coats had advertised called RamPro. Does anybody have any
comments on whether the higher price for the GS-RAM+ is worth it?
Any problems with any of these cards (reliability, compatibility,
support, etc.)?

Please qualify. GS-RAM+ goes for 369 for 2 Meg this month. Memory prices
are dropping now, so you can't rely on list prices or old (month or two
magazines).
