I Tried to install the LaserWriter driver and related files onto my system disk from the System.tools disk using the installer. This task was successful. After booting, I went into an application, AWGS, and wanted to print something (a single sentence) using the laserwriter and the OA-F trick. The problem I run into is that when I go into the control panel, the laserwriter does not appear in the DC-Printer options and if I click on the laserwriter ICON, I get a message that AppleTalk needs to be installed to use this CDEV. I thought appletalk was installed with the laserwriter installation script. Any ideas? ============================================================================= | Chris Shatara | Internet: shatara@memit.dec.com | | | shatara@memit.enet.dec.com | | Opinions expressed are | DEC Easynet: memit::shatara | | mine and mine only! | UUCP: ...!decwrl!memit!shatara | =============================================================================
