Now that I have a working hard disk, I've been trying in vain
to restore my backups onto this new volume. After printing
the first filename, the Backup II program says "time/date
stamps do not match." Grr!!! After being sooo careful to keep
backups, now I can't restore them??? Anyone know how I can
patch either the program or the backup disk(s) so I can
get the files back online?
On a related topic, the current Backup II program doesn't deal
properly with GS/OS 5 disks. Anyone have any ideas on either
how to fix it or a good Public Domain or cheap shareware
hard disk backup/restore package that's (ahem) slightly more
reliable than Apple's
