I have the game Ultima V, and heard some of the music on it played
through a midi synthesizer at AppleFest last year and was really
impressed by it. The problem is that I have a Cricket music synthesizer
(Street Electronics), but Ultima only supports Mockingboards and the
Phasor. Does anyone know of a way to get the music to play on the
Cricket? Any help would be appreciated.

I assume Origin only programmed the drivers for the specific cards. It's pretty much impossible, unless you go in and edit the Ultima V code. It's frustrating, I agree. Hearing one-voice sound on a 15 voice GS is very frustrating...Is Ultima VI going to support the GS specifically? I heard a rumor to this effect (i.e. GS specific Ultima VI) but, of course, I'm not sure.
