You may want to check at a place called 'Microprocessors, Unlimited'.
They are out in Beggs, OK, and have (usually) the lowest prices on memory
chips as well as the EPROM, PROM, and EEPROM chips. If they don't have it,
they'll order it, if I remember correctly.
