        I believe that the original poster was referring to the BORDER of the
screen, and that can be changed from either the CDA or NDA Control Panel.

	I thought that at first also, but if you notice the author does not
say "the color of the perimeter", the author says "the perimeter".  Perhaps
Julian would clarify the question?
