[leader ] Choose Me, for those who prefer their humor black, is a delicious treat. It concerns Dr Love, the hostess of a radio talk show, and several fringe/lowlife types in a sort of emotional musical chairs. The cast includes Leslie Ann Warren, Keith Carradine and Genevieve Bujold.

I went to see this movie yesterday, and my date and I decided to leave after about one hour. I cannot find anything positive to say about it. It is a slow plot, that conveys none or little remarkable feeling or emotion, with the exception of a sense of deep unhappiness in *all* of the characters. I have the positive feeling that the second part was going to get worse, but I'll never know and I don't care. Highly unrecommendable. You are warned. Luigi Semenzato @ HP Labs, Palo Alto

While it is different it is still a very interesting and I know several other people here who liked Choose Me, and might even see it again. At the same time if you don't put in the effort to try to follow the plot, you could get lost very easy. Highly recommendable. You are warned.
