[comp.sys.apple] HD defragmenter

Does anyone know of a good hard disk defragmenter that can handle 
forked files under GSOS ?  Does the one included with ProSel do this ?
I have a 80 meg HD and I'd like to be able to defrag it all, are there
programs available to do this ?
