Take two *separate* votes on procedural grounds. Within the _21_ days of voting permitted, to get a new group you need a) 100 more yes than no votes AND b) 2/3 of the votes need to be yes. In the past, I found it tough just to get a - I couldnt find 100 folks to vote yes for comp.binaries.apple2 !!!! But if you folks decide to conduct a vote on this some day, let us know. -- Larry W.
