[comp.sys.apple] Applied Engineering CPM Card prob.

i'm having trouble getting my Applied Engineering Z-80 Plus card
to work in my Apple IIplus.

I have a TransWarp in slot 0.  If i boot with the transwarp active,
i get an error message "No Z-80 plus card found"

If i boot with the transwarp inactive, i get all sorts of weird errors
but the LED on the CPM card lights up.

any ideas?
