BREZ@BCVMS.BITNET (Scott 'Brez' Bresnahan) (02/08/90)
I have a few questions regarding the following networks:
AppleShare by Apple
DigiCard by Major Educational Resources
OmniNet by Corvus
When these networks are implemented on the non-GS Apple IIs, do
they eat any RAM? Or, is the network software all loaded on RAM
supplied by the card. I'd also like to know if you have any of
these networks up and running at your location, and if so, how
many of what computers are on the network? Finally, has anyone
heard of any software that does not work with these networks, that
should work. (ie: non-copyprotect software)?
Please send your feedback directly to me: BREZ@BCVMS.bitnet
And if you might be interested in testing software for these networks
please let me know. (We may need beta-testers for these networks)

PS: Someone complained that they could reply directly since they didn't
have access to bitnet. I find that hard to believe...ever hear of
gateways??? Alas, if I'm incorrect, you can't harrass me anyway!!
So there.
