I've generally been pretty quiet about how Apple chooses to do its thing. The recent note from someone about getting manuals from APDA bothers me. I can see requiring to be a member for "unusual" stuff, but it seems to me completely unfair to insist that one has to be a member in order to buy what I would call essential documentation. I just got my TML Pascal upgraded to TML II and find that even with the Source Code library I'm not going to be able to get very far in anything interesting with out having a copy of both the GSOS reference manuals AND the Toolbox vol. 3. Oh well, what's an extra $20? (I hope the manuals aren't out of sight -- I haven't called yet.)
