Can anyone help me with an aging Apple II Europlus and the AIO Serial interface card?? I am trying to link this Apple to the output of a fileserver to log system messages generated by the server, and print them on the screen of the Apple. The output of the server is standard RS232. But at a baud rate of 300 it works fine, any higher than that and charcters become lost. Generally the second charcter on each line. Now even more than this, all seems OK until the Apple's screen scrolls, which is when the characters are lost. I am running a simple program from Applesoft BASIC to receive the characters and print them on the screen. If anyone could throw any light on this or would be willing to correspond via Email further please mail me at : cca@cs.exeter.ac.uk OR cca@expya.uucp Thanks in advance Clive Carmock
