VISIONARY GS DIGITIZER NOW AVAILABLE!
_____________________________________

Riverside, California, January 15th, 1990 -- Visionary GS, the exceptional
digitizer from Virtual Realities, Inc. brings the exciting world of real-time
digitizing to the Apple IIGS user. Using the Visionary system, users will be
able to digitize any video signal and import it to the Apple IIgs. Virtual
Realities, Inc. is shipping the Visionary GS system for a suggested retail
price of $295.00.

The Visionary package includes the VisionPlus digitizer, which can work in any
slot in the Apple IIgs (independent of control panel settings), as well as the
Visionary digitizing software. This allows the user to capture real-time video
at 15 frames/second in black and white with up to 16 shades of grey, and color
video at 5 frames/second in up to 16 colors. The software supports 320x200 and
640x200 Super Hires modes. A special dithering function in 640 mode allows for
greater video clarity.

The Visionary GS digitizing hardware is based on the best-selling AST
VisionPlus product of 1987. Virtual Realities, Inc. has enhanced the hardware
to correct earlier problems and completely rewritten the software to support
GS/OS System Software v5.0 and to provide new features. The software supports
capture of digitized pictures in multiple windows, saving of pictures as
standard screen ($C1) or Apple Preferred data as well as Video Image Data (VID)
files.

A compressed demonstration file (using ShrinkIT) will be available on the
information services in the appropriate software areas. It is comprised of text
files explaining the card's features and pictures which were produced with the
Visionary.

The Visionary GS system requires an Apple IIGS with a minimum of 1 megabyte of
DMA compatible memory and GS/OS System v5.0 or higher.

VIRTUAL REALITIES COMMITS TO APPLE IIGS
_______________________________________

Riverside, California, January 27, 1990 -- Virtual Realities, Inc. has
announced its firm committment to the Apple IIgs computer system. The
relatively new company has developments for a number of different projects
aimed at the IIgs already underway with some of the industry's top talents
behind them.

"The IIgs' capabilities have gone largely unexploited.", Mr. Villagran,
president and CEO, stated, outlining his corporate mission to make the IIgs a
viable and respected computer, "We see a lot of potential left in the machine
that we plan to take advantage of. We're going to compete in both the software
and hardware arena, so expect to see plenty of products along those lines from
us in the near future."

John Brooks, known for his work on Tomahawk GS, 3200 color SuperHiRes pictures
and 'Rastan' for the GS is just as enthusiastic: "There are some fantastic
things you can do with the GS when you know how to do them. I've found Virtual
Realities to be firmly committed to the Apple IIgs just like I am, and I'm
excited about the new products they will produce and support." John is in
charge of developing color display and enhancement routines for the Visionary
project.

Virtual Realities is also firmly committed to user support, and listening to
user input concerning existing products as well as future products. Accounts
on the major information services are actively used to gain insight into what
user would like to see. Virtual Realities can be currently reached on America
Online (Virtual) and GEnie (VIRTUAL), with an account on CompuServe in the
works.

An outline of the level of commitment can be seen in the fact that all
associates of Virtual Realities use and love the Apple IIgs. "The main reason
for our existence is because we wanted the products we're developing for OUR
machines, but they just weren't being made," states Harry K. Zink, Director of
Project Development & Promotions when asked about the company. Such enthusiasm
seems to be flying high at every level of the organisation. "Our motivation is
more than financial. It's personal," stated Steven J. Freitas, Director of
Sales and Marketing

Virtual Realities intends to be a new driving force in the Apple IIgs market,
benefitting the end-user through superior products and customer support and the
marketplace by giving a much needed boost.
